Late Arrival Policy

Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment if all of your paperwork is completed online & 10 minutes early if you need to allow time for any necessary paperwork and preparation.

Arrivals more than 10 minutes late: Your appointment may be shortened to protect the next patient's appointment time. The full service fee applies regardless of shortened duration.

Arrivals more than 15 minutes late: Your appointment may need to be rescheduled and treated as a late cancellation. Your deposit may be forfeited. We will always do our best to accommodate late arrivals when our schedule permits, but this cannot be guaranteed.

No-shows result in automatic forfeiture of your deposit. A no-show fee of up to the full scheduled service price may be charged to the card on file.

After one no-show, a larger deposit may be required for future bookings at management's discretion.

After two no-shows, NORRENNE, PLLC reserves the right to require prepayment in full before scheduling future appointments, or to decline future bookings.

Contact
Questions may be directed to hello@norrenne.com or 281-508-2117.

Yes. Memberships renew automatically each month on your enrollment date and are billed to the card on file until you cancel.

You'll receive a reminder email [7] days before any annual renewal or price change.

It depends on the membership:

Aesthetic memberships are month to month, can be cancelled anytime with [30] days' notice

Wellness memberships require a 6 months minimum then go month to month, cancel anytime with [30] days' notice

Wellness memberships require a 6-month commitment because hormone, weight-management, and other wellness programs need time for proper dosing, lab monitoring, and follow-up to be safe and effective.

Email hello@norrenne.com or cancel through your client portal with [30] days' notice before your next billing date.

Aesthetic memberships may be canceled at any time.

Wellness memberships may be canceled at any time after your first 6 months. If you cancel before completing 6 months, the remaining monthly payments for that period will be billed / a one-time early cancellation fee of $100 applies.

Exceptions are made for when your provider determines that continued treatment isn't medically appropriate.

Benefits you've already paid for remain available until the end of your final paid billing cycle.

Unused monthly credits do not roll over except for your beauty bank dollars, and all credits expire when your membership ends.

Member pricing ends on your final billing date.

You may freeze your membership for up to [2] months per year for travel, pregnancy, or medical reasons.

No charges occur while frozen, and your minimum term is extended by the length of the freeze.

If your provider determines that continued treatment isn't medically appropriate, you may cancel without penalty, including during the minimum term.

Documentation may be requested.

No. Wellness memberships (including weight management and hormone programs) cover provider access and services as described in your plan. Any prescription is based on your provider's clinical evaluation, labs, and ongoing safety monitoring, and may be adjusted, paused, or discontinued as medically appropriate.

Medication costs are not included in your membership fee.

We'll notify you and retry the card. If payment isn't resolved within [10] days, membership benefits are paused until your account is current.

Yes. Packages must be used within [12] months of purchase.

The expiration date is listed on your receipt and in your client portal.

Packages are nonrefundable once treatment begins. Unused sessions may be converted to account credit at the package price minus sessions used, which are charged at the standard single-session rate.

If you are medically unable to complete a package, unused sessions will be account credited.

Packages are for the purchaser only and cannot be transferred, shared, or exchanged for cash.

Individual results vary.

Packages are priced for a set number of treatments, not a specific outcome.
