The Best Aesthetic Treatment Is the One No One Notices
Anyone can inject. The judgment is in knowing where not to, when to wait, and how to help a face look rested rather than done.
When a patient sits across from me and says "I want to look refreshed, not done," I know exactly what they mean. And they're right to want that.
The goal of aesthetic medicine, at least the way I practice it is never a complete transformation. It's optimization. It's helping your face look the way you feel on your best day, consistently, without announcing to the world that anything has been done.
There is a specific skill to this that gets overlooked in the aesthetic conversation. Anyone can inject. Placing product requires training. Knowing where not to place it, knowing when to wait, knowing which product belongs in which plane and why; that's the clinical judgment that separates a result that makes people ask "what did you do?" from the one that makes people say "you look amazing, did you get more sleep?"
At NORRENNE, every injectable treatment begins with an honest assessment of your anatomy. Not your insecurities. Not what you saw on someone else's Instagram. Your anatomy: your bone structure, your skin quality, your natural movement, your muscle patterns, and how you age.
Because the way you age is unique. And your treatment plan should be too.
I don't have a standard protocol. I don't have a signature look. I have a clinical process that starts with listening to what you want, assessing what's actually happening, and recommending what I genuinely believe will serve you; which sometimes means recommending less than you came in asking for, and sometimes means suggesting something different entirely.
If you're looking for a provider who will fill your face to a template, I am probably not your person. If you're looking for a provider who will actually look at your face and think carefully about what it needs, I'd love to meet you.

Why I Built NORRENNE™
After three decades in medicine, I stopped tolerating the gap between what care could be and what it usually is.
This is why NORRENNE exists.
I have been practicing for three decades. I have worked in ICU, Labor & Delivery, primary care clinics, and specialty practices. I have been the provider who sees 30 patients a day, runs 30 minutes behind from the first appointment forward, and sends people home with a prescription and a follow-up date six months out.
That model works for a lot of things. It doesn't work for what I care most about.
What I care most about is the patient who has been told their labs are "normal" but still feels exhausted, foggy, and unlike themself. The patient who has tried every injectable at every med spa in town and still feels like something is off. The patient who is gaining weight despite doing everything right, losing hair, losing sleep, losing interest in the things that used to bring them joy, and being told by three different doctors that everything looks fine.
These patients deserve better. They deserve time. They deserve a provider who asks question after question, who orders the labs that actually tell the story, who builds a plan around their biology and their life, not around a 15-minute appointment slot.
NORRENNE is what happens when a clinician stops tolerating the gap between what medicine could be and what it usually is.
This is a boutique practice. I am the only provider. Every consultation, every injection, every prescription, every follow-up happens with me. I know my patients. I track their progress. I adjust their plans. I am available. I truly care.
If you've been looking for a practice that treats you like an intelligent adult, takes your concerns seriously, and builds care that actually fits your life, you're in the right place.
I'm glad you found NORRENNE.
